Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the member's name.

Neko4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your identification card, recent bank statement, and proof of address. This is a standard procedure to maintain platform security and integrity. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Neko4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following local Malaysian payment methods:

Before your first withdrawal is processed, neko4d may require full identity verification (KYC). This is a standard security procedure to protect members from unauthorised activity. Please ensure all account information is accurate before submitting a withdrawal request to avoid any delays.
neko4d reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal if there is any suspicious activity or if bonus rollover requirements have not been met. In such cases, our support team will contact you within 24 hours.
All neko4d bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with those terms. Failure to meet bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Deposit bonuses require a rollover of between 8x and 15x depending on the bonus type. The rollover is calculated based on the total bonus amount received. All games on neko4d use certified random number generators (RNG) or involve trained live dealers. Each round's outcome is independent of previous rounds and cannot be predicted. neko4d will not manipulate game results under any circumstances.
In the event of a clear technical error (for example, an incorrectly credited payment or odds displayed with an obvious mistake), neko4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore the account balance to its correct state prior to the error. Winnings resulting from a technical error will not be honoured.
For Sports Betting on EPL football, Malaysia Super League, badminton, e-sports, and other sports, official results from the relevant governing body are final. neko4d uses recognised sports data sources and reserves the right to void bets in the event of unresolvable data discrepancies.
All bets must be placed before the designated cut-off time for each game or event. Bets accepted after the cut-off will be automatically voided and the amount returned to the account balance. neko4d is not responsible for any delays caused by connectivity issues on the user's end.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the neko4d platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the neko4d support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal to your registered bank account. If an account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with the breaching activity may be forfeited by neko4d. Neko4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from betting activity, internet service disruptions, technical failures beyond our control, or third-party actions. neko4d's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Malaysia, depending on the nature of the dispute.
